We talk about HEALTH a lot. We have made so many researchers, written so many articles and gave so many advice. Today, I wanted to talk with all of you ladies. One woman should know how to care about her health! In the first place are always the kids, the family, the husband, and we usually forgot to think about ourselves.   1. Time for yourself should be always on your schedule. Listening music, reading books, going to the gym, watching movies, finding new hobbies, and even sleeping is well spent time. Don’t always take care only of the others. It’s important to have this “Me Time” even once a week for the beginning!
  2. Health is not a number. You are not fat, you are not skinny. You are beautiful no matter what. Numbers, role models, and idols should not be your guide in life. They are not natural people, they are not naturally made like you are. And that’s why you are special and beautiful. Unless you have a problem with overweight, which is another topic to discuss.
  3. Your body will never be the same. In different periods of life, your body will face a lot of changes. Let it be natural. Don’t waste your money and time on surgery. I know, there is always something that we need to fix, but who cares?
  4. As a woman, you need to accept yourself and be proud. Your inner voice and intuition is the biggest gift you ever received. Don’t miss it! When your mental health is all set up and in good condition, it means you are a happy and satisfied person.
  5. Food will become very important part of your life. In the beginning, we never care what we eat and drink, but after the 20s I think everything change. Healthy food is a choice, is a matter of priority and it depends on you – to chose or to leave it!
  6. To avoid pregnancy, pills are not the only option. Young people always make wrong mistakes, but you should always make a research about the things and first get well informed before doing Pills can make some negative things to your body, and trust me you will regret a lot when you are older.
  7. Women can become easily depressed, anxious and insomnia. To stay in good shape and avoid these symptoms and diseases, stay good with your mental health! Meditation, healthy eating, water, positive minds, and lifestyle will be the most effective defenders!
  8. Women live longer than man. And this is a research made by a scientist. I never said that, to be clear. Maybe because of the good organization and taking too much care of everything, but who knows!
  9. Learn the basics of every disease, the prevention and some alternative medicine magical drinks and meals. One day it will be helpful.
  10. Finally, you should never miss appointments with the doctor! Especially when you really feel that something is not good.

I think the list can be much longer, but let’s say that every woman should fill it with her own feeling, obligations, and thoughts. I am really proud because we can make something together.
