A simple recipe for a healthy snack – non-frying oil chips!

Instructions:

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Burning time: 15-18 minutes

Temperature: 200 C

 

Ingredients that you will need are:

2 zucchini

2-3 tablespoons of flour

Himalayan salt

2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

You can choose: grated parmesan, pepper, red pepper, turmeric, onion

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Meanwhile…

Cut the zucchini with a sharp knife, thin to 3-4 mm according to your taste, you can also peel them, and you do not have to.
