Day 1

Day 2

Breakfast – omelet with grated beets and carrots

Lunch – boiled chicken white meat with pasta beans

Dinner – vegetable salad of which beets are mandatory

Day 3

Breakfast – young cheese and salad of grated beets and apple

Lunch – vegetable soup and beetroot

Dinner – a fish with low fat and veggies

 

Day 4

Breakfast – boiled buckwheat and beetroot salad

Lunch – fresh beets and vegetable salad optional

Dinner – beetroot salad, dried plums, and nuts

Day 5

Breakfast – refreshing flakes with yogurt and a few pieces of boiled beets

Lunch – steamed boiled chicken, a little rice and a beetroot

Dinner – smoothie with beets and kefir

 

Day 6

Breakfast – tomato and beetroot salad, with young non-fat cheese

Lunch – baked fish and salad of grated cabbage and beets

Dinner – baked veggies in a pan and fresh juice from beets

Day 7

Breakfast – cereals and lettuce

Lunch – vegetable soup and beets cooked steamed

Dinner – light salad of grated beets and carrots

Note:

After spending these 7 days (if you can survive) switch to 3 days exclusively on beetroot salads. In these 3 days, you need to import 400-500g beets, 300-400g carrots, and 300g apples. All the ingredients should be made, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of fatty yogurt and lemon. The salad should always be freshly prepared.

Important:

The beets can be roasted, boiled or steamed. Do not forget to drink 6-7 glasses of water a day. After completing the diet, be careful not to return to the fatty diet, since the body will hardly bear that drastic change.
