This article is specially made for those who love eating BREAD! You probably think a lot about replacing it with vegetable, fruits, salads, and seeds, but it’s not the same. Also, I am sure you have tried the whole bread collection and tastes from the stores, and you just can’t stay with one slice every day. You need more. You wanted more because you are feeling hungry.  But you also want to keep your healthy lifestyle and save your health! I think I have a solution.

My recommendation is to make a healthy bread, with lots of fruit and integral floor. One or two slices a day will be enough. This kind of bread is rich in all the vitamins, proteins, energy and all that you need for just spending a perfect day!

The ingredients that you will need:

65 grams of blueberries or some other forest fruit (maybe more if you want)

5 tablespoons integral flour (wheat, barley or some other with gluten)

5 teaspoons crushed poppy

3 bananas

2 eggs

3 teaspoons oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

How to prepare it:

First turn on the oven to 180 degrees. While waiting to warm up, take a bowl and mix the egg white, then add the bananas that you have previously cut into circles and continue to mix until you get a foamy mixture. When all this is combined, add the bile and continue to mix with the mixer, slowly adding oil. Once you get a homogeneous mixture, remove the mixer away, add all the other ingredients except the blueberries and stir slowly with a spoon for the mass not to lose its volume. Prepare a smaller pan, and cover it with paper (the dimensions should be about 25 × 10 centimeters).

First put one layer at the bottom, then distribute one part of the blueberries. Then, another layer, then again blueberries and so on until you spend all the dough and blueberries. Slowly put the pan in the heated oven and bake until it is roasted. Great advice is to check the bread with a toothpick. Pour the dough when it is at the end of the baking and if there is no dough on the beaker, this means that the bread is ready. Wait until the bread cools down, so cut the sweat. Decorate it with a spilling of hot chocolate or powdered sugar.
